Within the framework of the LUMAT project, the Checz Partners dealt with the idea of making the approach to Land Use Management more attractive.

We are glad to communicate that our request for project prolongation to has been accepted. LUMAT will officially be ended on 31.07.2019.

We will have more time to complete the works of our investments in Poland and Slovak Republic.

The final conference of LUMAT will take place 15-16 April 2019 in Katowice, Poland. It will be an opportunity to presenting  the project resuls and discussing the present issues in land management. Representatives of public authorities,  urban planners, land owners,entrepreneurs dealing with soil and water remediation, or students are kindly invited to join us!

We are ready to the international  conference organized within the LUMAT project by the Slovenian Ministry of Environment and Spatial Planning with city of Kranj and UIRS!

The consultation took place on 23 February 2017 in Ruda Śląska. The neighbourhood will be turned into a place for rest and recreation.  The pilot action  will make possible to create a new public space from the abandoned area in the middle of the city.
